We had absolutely amazing experience at Villa Darjeeling. We ended up eating here every night we were in Paris. Great food and hospitality. Both hosts were very welcoming and we felt like home. I was surprised to see do many excellent reviews. My own experience was not that great. I went there for lunch with a group for a birthday. The atmosphere was cold, we just sang happy birthday between us with no reaction from the one lady serving. The restaurant only had 3 other occupied tables for lunch-that should have been a sign. I had the chicken curry: 3 small bite size chicken in a tasteless watery sauce. I did not expect that, I was hoping for flavor, spices and a bit of Indian heat. This restaurant is amazing, not only was the food so good but the staff were so amazing. they truly cared about your experience and service you are receiving. The food was absolutely on point and they will more than definitely try their best to make the food suitable as you would like it. I couldn’t recommend a place more! Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options and if it’s not vegetarian they will make it suitable for you regardless.
