Being a vegan for more than a year and a half, going out with my omnivorous love was very difficult because very few restaurants in vegan option, or even exclusively vegan restaurants on Nimes. But for several months, green fish have become my favorite restaurant. The kitchen is excellent and varied and balanced And since then, my darling only wants to eat in this restaurant when we go to Nimes, a beautiful victory. "Great little restaurant. We went there twice. Once in love and yesterday with the children. Great reception: server loves, real Argentineans, with little care. Food is delicious and affordable, there is for all tastes and cherries on the cake, compatible with the allergies of a girl's milk. Anyway, we'd think about it and come back with pleasure. Thank you. "We were recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. Short card, with traditional dishes and reinterpretations. We ordered magret and some sort of squid pig, both excellent. The place is usually complete, we went to book for the next day but they told us that there was room in the bar and we stayed. Nice staff, the waitress served us in Spanish. Very recommendable. Hat! Bonus title; excellent selection of whisky (Original advice) Fuimos recomendados por un amigo y no decepcionó. Carta corta, con platos tradicionales y reinterpretaciones. Pedimos magret y un especie de pulled pork, ambos excelentes. El local se suele llenar, fumos a reservar para el día siguiente pero nos dijeron que había hueco en barra y nos quedamos. Personal agradable, the camarera nos atendió en español. Muy recomendable. Hat! Bonus track; óptima selección de whisky"

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
