"Close to the Intercontinental were we stayed, and tired of going to the more distant Italian places, we followed TRIPADVISOR and went to Vivi Divini. A simple rustic interior and a not abondant menu was a good sign for the real pleasure. It was to a certain extent. My wife had antipasto misto - good. I had Spaghetti con Vongole - good, but not the real Spaghetti con Vongole. It had some alcohol and no prezzemolo. Strange but good. My wife had gnocchi - good. I had calv live with sage - good. We shared zabaglione - close to devine. I can recommend this place for a not prententious meal at not an exaggerated price. Bravo."

Nice atmosphere, cozy. Service is OK and the staff is generally friendly. The food is average at best.

I’m heading there now. I visit Düsseldorf every year for the Medica Trade Fair. Vini Di Vini is the only restaurant in town and we love it. Elvira is absolutely superb. The food and wines are excellent.

Beautiful little restaurant which we found on a cold wet night. Made very welcome with prompt service a lovely personal caring attitude was prevalent. We saw our meals being made freshly by the chefs who were visible at all times the pasta was...wonderful ....... so was the wine! Highly recommended. Ver carta

Friends recommended the restaurant three years ago from their stay, but since then it seems to have worsened. eating was also good, weeping, but not with regard to the prices. too expensive for size a quality. the room where we sat was a bit cool and, although it was a Saturday night, the restaurant was empty.

an insult of an Italian kitchen. pasta is boiled with chopped whirls, instead of a good fresh sauce, “Risotto” is an overcrowded rice with the same hot and undercocked frozen vegetables. feels like they never heard of the words “Al dente” and “fresh”. the inner garden is actually sweet, but the table settings look cheap and the prices are not.

this is a super sweet restaurant that says it is open for lunch, but arrive, and they will not serve them lunch, but desert and coffee. Maybe they should make it clearer in their outdated service times. it's ridiculous that even during a global pandemic and recession they would turn off customers, so they keep that in mind when they go to lunch. Being a guest for so many years, you keep coming back because the atmosphere is very nice. When the weather is good you can sit outside on the little patio or inside were you can view the cooks in the preparing of the food. I...loveed my saltimbocca all romano and also the dorade was very good. Very good wines to compare with you food. Elvira and Frank are great hosts.

Very nice ancient style constructed restaurant, brick walls with logs supporting the ceiling, you feel history in a way, reminded me of new Orleans restaurants. Delicious food, good presentation, warm service, helpful staff. Med to high price but worth it. *P.S*; the kitchen is open...to the dining area and the small size ventilation is not strong enough to remove all the cooking steam and the smell is annoying a bit. I wish the administration could do something about it. Recommended.
