I have just re booked for an event cancelled last year. Spoke to Jill who couldn't help enough. Even though my money had been refunded to my Viva account and ticket prices going up slightly, she honoured last years price. We would have been happy to pay the small amount more considering the losses they have faced but its great customer service to offer to match. Jill is a credit to you, cant wait till we come in August Take care xx

I am amazed at how this restaurant stays in business! I ordered my food and drinks through an app, and an hour later a blonde girl brought out just one main course instead of the starters or the other main course. There was no cutlery on the tables before the starter was brought out. I had to ask two different staff members where the rest of my food was because only one plate came out. Despite the restaurant being beautiful, the way they run their service is extremely disappointing.

We saw the Sunday show, The Jersey Beats and were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the performance. Good production with a strong vocal cast and and brilliant interaction with the host Leye you are bonkers !! We would highly recommend a visit, tickets are very reasonably priced and a pre show meal can be added again at a reasonable price. We have already booked to go back for our wedding anniversary this year with an afternoon and evening show booked. Don't miss this Blackpool gem

Night started off well with my wife and 18yr old daughter.Until my daughter was asked for ID.She had just turned 18 and had no proof except me and my wife but this wasn’t enough.Drink was removed from my daughter which when challenged staff member didn’t want to listen.What was meant to be a celebration of my birthday turned into a emotional and embarrassing nightmare.Left venue and so disappointed that what was a good end to a weekend was a disaster. Night entertainment was so good up until then bought loads of merchandise for the evening,hats,feathers scarves ? Please be careful to make sure your siblings carry ID….

Unfortunately, the show itself was a huge disappointment. The three performers seemed to be singing together for the first time, and it was clear from the start that they were not in harmony. One of them was out of key and sang flat, but sounded fine when singing solo. The performances lacked the signature Motown harmonies, as the guys kept disappearing and leaving one person on stage. Disappointed by the lackluster show, we left during the break. We can't say if they improved in the second half, but we felt let down after paying for tickets and looking forward to the show for weeks. Poorly trained SIA door staff. after a couple of hours at at works Christmas Party, I went to the Gents to find a Man with a door open at the end of the toilets' Could have been a janitor!. He asked me to pop in for a random Drug search. I asked to see his badge and he told me. he seen me selling drugs!!!! I said I would have a public search with the Manager present. He told me he need to search me in the toilets. again I said lets go to a public place. He then radio for back up and told me the Manager was downstairs. i went down stair and their was only a ticket sell. i left to stop any distress to my company. the door staff member then asked the other door man to check the upper floor then...

Due to COVID my 80 year old Mum and her friend were unable to attend the restaurant they had booked as it was closed. Since this happened I have written several times asking for her money back which was almost £50. This is a lot of money to anyone let alone a pensioner. They said they would credit her for a future event but as time has gone on I have tried to explain that my Mum is unlikely now to ever travel to Blackpool due to her age and the current risks and appealed to them on several occasions for a refund for her. They have ignored me now since September and I feel this is very unprofessional. I have sought legal advice and she is entitled to a refund so greedy of this company to hold...

Our pizzas did not arrive until 7:45pm and we were told there would be a wait on the platters. We did not have any plates or napkins on our table, and by the time we received them, the lights were turned off. We had to use our phone lights to share the food on our plates. The platters we ordered were supposed to be 6 separate ones to share amongst 2 tables, but we received what they claimed were 3 doubles. This was very poor and not worth the money. Despite the disappointing dining experience, the show itself was great and the staff were very helpful. If I were to go again, I would just watch the show and skip the meal. We are a darts doms group been friends for years two of the girls was 60 and two was 70 so for 6 months we planned our birthdays We saw viva and we thought that's would great for birthday party how wronge we were got there at 6 30 asked for drinks then from here all went wronge drinks took ages to come no ice then the starters came I had the mushrooms you guessed was cold the at 7 50 meal came lamb shank was okay veg was cold and hard mash was like cement then they decided to turn lights of we had to use our phone light what made it worse show didn't start for 20 mins we left our meals couldn't get any body attention to complain put you wouldn't because they definitely short of staff plates...
