Andalusian recipe was pretty good. However, we waited long minutes for nothing while our order was ready... The service was cruelly lacking. Otherwise I would have put 4 stars because the product was pretty good overall.

We placed an order to eat on site, but no places were available so we were told to pay for a bag to take away at 15 cents. It would be interesting to manage the places to eat a little better when ordering. On the other hand, the waffles were very good.

Obligatory stop at Waffle when I'm in Alma! I have always been well served! They have always been very good and quality! Especially the Nutella cork! I have advised several of my loved ones to try it and it has always been approved! I highly recommend ! Ver carta

Disappointed, I asked for a student menu and I was told that it did not exist (I had already gone and I knew the student menu) so I paid 10€ instead of 7€20. 30 min later a friend passed and asked for a student menu and had the opportunity to have it. So I went to complain to the manager and she answered me with a haughty tone to tell me that it was too late that she couldn’t do anything, she didn’t even apologize. Incompetent staff who don't even know their menu.

Very good but very medium reception is a pity... It's been several times since I've been thinking and I feel like it's worse and worse, I don't know if it's a problem with the selection of staff or the demortivation of employees due to management, but in any case in the business it seems necessary to be smiling, pleasant and dedicated to the customer. There I almost had the impression of disturbing them in their discussions, they are not even in front of the crate ready to welcome the customers what would prevent them from losing time to specify that it's on the other side, very short ordering limit we are not looking in the eyes...
