"The second time I've been to the walwyn arms , the new menu came out recently , and as a chef I was very impressed with what I saw , it was very refreshing believe me as where I come from in Scotland they are all doing the same boring fayre, the staff from what I saw are young, but experienced , polite and courteous , efficient and attentive . I had the nachos to start , portion was plentiful and at £4.50 is well value for money , for main I had the chicken Thai curry with coriander rice , we were very impressed and I hope to return next month for my best friend's birthday, go have a look I dare you"

We have just got back from a family meal at the Walwyn Arms and have to say yet again we had a lovely meal, wonderful service by the young ladies, and the Chef did us proud. Thank you again for starting our Christmas the best way.

"The place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Ralf was very welcoming. The only issue we encountered was that the bratkartoffeln were quite hard. Additionally, the bread that accompanied the soup could have been better. Despite these minor drawbacks, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back."
