The Waly-Fay is a place that I have been visiting for 10 years and I love to go there to be transported by a unique and atypical atmospheric. As soon as I arrive, I am already seduced and my mind goes into another dimension. Reading the map is an invitation to choose my Destination to West Africa....I'm lost and I don't know where all. It's okay, I validate my ticket and here I am at the Reading of my selected dish overflying DKR with my white tchiep (fish and spicy rice). A dish of two plates: -the first contains two large pieces of tender and creamy fish in the middle of the courtyard of my father's house in Collles Assainies....I am in the country. -the second it is garnished with a white asseasoned rice and raised by the juicy taste of dried shrimp... this time I arrive directly to Guediawaye in my aunt's house. This journey of flavors reminds me how important it is to be around a good meal in my family....dedication to all our moms.
