Very nice and tasteful food staff was very helpful as daughter has a nut allergy and has been absorbed as well as possible on her needs. Will be back!

The restaurant offers a beautiful selection of Chinese dishes. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Great to have a halal chinese place in Reading! Love the chicken balls and the prawn toasts. We always order a mixture of things and it's always enjoyable. Portion sizes are generous and there's something for everyone, from non spicy to spicy Ver carta

(Even tho I'm rating this as a 4star the food was amazing and i would recommend other's to try the dish). I ordered two of the new rib n rice dish it was full of flavour. Could have done with more ribs and rice other then that it was very nice

A very helpful man assisted me during my visit to the restaurant, I was on my mobility scooter and he went out of his way to help me. I enjoyed the chicken chow mein and chicken satay dishes, they were delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Food was order through Uber eats. Wanted Chinese and was branching out to try a new place. Food was delicious, especially the honey sesame chicken which was fabulous. Quite generous portions, between the three of us eating we couldn’t finish all of the food, so plenty of leftovers! Would definitely recommend! Ver carta

Under new management, this restaurant has become absolutely delicious. I have dined here several times since the change and have been very impressed. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate special orders. I couldn't be happier with the new local ownership. I highly recommend trying the crispy chili chicken.

Shocking really, all the food we ordered was very bland, hardly any flavour at all, the beef in all the dishes had been cooked in water (no colour) or flavour and the chicken balls made with pre cooked chicken resulting in dry chicken and again under seasoned and bland. The whole meal Taste like a home cook trying to cook Chinese takeaway. Nothing tasted fresh. Overall none of our order was good and we won’t be returning.

I ordered from Wan Choi for the first time today and my family and I were not disappointed. We have been stuck ordering limited items from most Chinese takeaway restaurants as we only eat halal. I was pleasantly surprised to find Wan Choi online one evening when I was scrolling though a list of restaurants near me that offer halal food. I read through quite a few of the reviews on google and found most of them to be very positive. I ordered though Just Eat and set a delivery time.
