"We absolutely love this place! The carvery is always hot, fresh and delicious. 24 of us celebrated my mum's 83rd birthday last night and i have to say even though there were so many of us everything went very smoothly. I had been a little worried it would take time for us all to be served but it went like clockwork, no waiting about. The staff are all amazing. Thanks to James on the bar who is always super helpful and a very pleasant young man, to Tony for checking with us that everything was ok and finally the lovely ladies who waited on the tables and brought the birthday cake(plus a knife and plenty of plates), you are a credit to the Waterfold, they are lucky to have you all."

Nicest staff I've ever come across everyone is so helpful and nice relaxing place to eat, the breakfast buffet is brilliant, all the food is extremely tasty. Highly recommend coming here.

my family and I had recently a beautiful meal here and enjoyed the experience a lot. eating was hot and tasty by the carvery and these children loved their burgers. the service was not from our server pam that was simply beautiful and let us laugh constantly. what a star. will definitely be back as soon as one of our favorites.

all staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. I had the dare I have to say was worth a big one. a selection of 3 meats, the largest selection of vegetables I have seen, a huge yorkshire pudding, float in cover and a selection of kartoffels, all perfectly cooked. they also have an amazing selection of desserts the fresh cakes were massive! Unfortunately and sad I had not enough space to try one as the main meal was more than enough. I'll try one of those nice things again. many thanks for their hospitality well made a happy customer!
