Great food great price loved it!! Go for the full English breakfast and the veggie sausages were awesome

Always come here when we stay at the Union Jack breakfasts are delish and the staff are so friendly. The food for lunches are fresh and cheap

Given that it's in the heart of London, for a veggie breakfast, including tea and toast, is pretty good value, I'd say. Quick service, decent sized portions, free sauce (I can't abide paying for a sachet of ketchup) and a nice clean seated...area. What's not to like?

I had the brunch breakfast and the sausage was cold on the inside warm on the outside. I suspect t it was cooked, frozen then chucked in a deep fat fryer to warm up. Tomatoe was a thin slice , not even half a tomato....The tea came in a filthy cup. I would not recommend this place.

We went in for breakfast twice over the bank holiday weekend and were more than satisfied both times. The service was friendly and professional, the portions generous, the food great and the price very reasonable! You couldn't do much better at this price.. anywhere else in Central London! Ver carta

I use Waterloo cafe everyday when I’m at work, there is an excellent menu of everyday foods and daily specials, vegetarian food always an option, the cafe is clean bright and welcoming, the staff are really friendly, especially victor who takes the food orders he...is always happy, an excellent choice, we’ll done staff you make the cafe a great place

I popped in mid-morning to try this place just across from the jubilee line entrance to Waterloo station cross at the traffic lights and head down Sandell Street. I only had a coffee but a very nice latte was promptly served by the friendly...staff. A very good find in the Waterloo area. Nice upstairs seating area as well not disabled accessible though.

Just been to get my lunch, a fabulous jacket potato, so many choices of fillings and always freshly cooked. The fabulous staff working today Victor, Armando and Vanessa, they always make you feel really welcome and nothing is to much trouble. Looking forward to a...lovely fresh Portuguese custard tart from the cafe to have with my afternoon coffee, try one you won’t be disappointed. Ver carta
