Super location with beautiful beer garden reservation is recommended. Food very good and inexpensive. Only to recommend. Come back.

Place looks to be packed all the time. Hence you might have to share a table with others. No problem however, people are friendly. Servings are on the large side, food is traditional and good.

Great German food and service with possibly the best waitress in Germany! Authentic ambiance with plenty of seating both indoors and out. Have eaten here every year since visiting Hanau 3 years straight. Will be back again next year!!!

Very nice service. Rustic ambience, very nice. We had Schnitzel, the pensioner version would have been enough for me, but was super delicious, as was the supplement salad and the roast potatoes. Even though we're still away from home, we'll be back. Absolute recommendation Ver carta

I stayed 4 nights in Hanau and on 3 of them I ate here. they always found me a place on the crowded table. the beer was excellent. the menu was not only very varied, but they had kopien in english! and that was eating and the staff was so pleasant. I do not recommend thi stoo high

Cosy ambience in a rustic inn. The service was very friendly and the food came relatively fast, although it was very full. In the case of specific applications, attempts have been made to meet them as far as possible. Even despite the whole house it was not too loud thanks to the separation. The value for money was also excellent. I can only recommend eating here, but you should always reserve it before.

If you are in this region and look for a genuine Hesse restaurant with Schnitzel and Apfelwein apple wine cider this is the place to be. This is the only one which can compete with the others in Frankfurt. You have got the large...tables where you sit on benches with others at the table, mainly local people, last time when I was there some tourists had found this great place as well : The Schnitzels were very good, a bit too long fried maybe. The pepper sauce was delicious and the french fries crispy. The Apfelwein was delicious! And quite cheap! Ver carta
