Where to start… for one the manager was a complete melt, defensive rude and clearly didn’t a damn, Vomit all over the stairs with what I can only describe as baking powder to cover it up, no signage to warn customers of the vomit and to avoid.. when I asked”said manager” he replied with it’s called a care package

I was there last night had a lovely evening with friends but because my friend whistled we were refused another drink this is disgusting as there where far worse things going on, we are middle aged people myself being 63 just out for a nice evening you need to treat all your customers the same Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered via app, food arrived then drinks arrived and we're taken away, server re-approached stating the lone was out of order would we like to order another that we did. The drinks reappeared minus the changed order ,had to get it ourselves line fine barrel run out. Pannie ordered had a small amount of chicken in 1 half, piece size 5p coin in 2nd and overcooked. Staff didn't know who was in charge and when someone stepped up, said they came in premade. Took no responsibility offered no replacement and said couldn't give a refund.
