Had the most fabulous food and evening here with our friends for their leaving dinner before returning to Dubai. The staff were so amazing and even did a special dessert treat for us. Will definitely be returning

The Sunday dinner needs refining, or maybe because we had it just before kitchen was closing we got dry left overs. Even the little dish with horseradish had skin on it. I enjoyed a delightful dinner at The White Horse. Our waitress, Kirsty, was exceptionally friendly, and the pub had a wonderful atmosphere. We both ordered the chicken burger and shared a side of macaroni and cheese. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and overall, it was a great night. I will definitely be returning. Four of us had a table booked. We were given menus when we sat down but it took 30 minutes before somebody took our order and a further 30 minutes for the food to arrive. We would not have minded if the good was special but it was not. Even getting a drink took an age and there was no chance of a refill. My wife and I had a delightful Sunday lunch yesterday. We returned after having decided a few months ago that the food quality had diminished too much for our taste, but we were pleased to find significant improvements this time around. I suspect there have been positive changes in key staff since our last visit. The quality of the beef and lamb dishes was excellent, though the portions were a bit smaller, especially since we didn't order extra sides. I would have liked to enjoy a coffee afterward, but the waitress cleared our plates and left before asking if we wanted any. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and promising experience. Ver carta
