Clean, bright with excellent views over the bay. Food very good and at staff really friendly.

Took the grandchildren to the Santa experience, the children loved it.Then we had dinner which was superb.

Had dinner here and Darcy our waiter was friendly and quick with service. The food was delicious and the views of Mawgan porth beach were beautiful

So hotel website says it opens at 9. So me and my family turned up at 9, to be told it doesn’t open until 9.30. Went back at 9.30 to be told they were busy, so wouldn’t open until 10 by the same individual. Pathetic won’t be going back and I would recommend if you want service you go to the cafe at the bottom of the road by the beach which is what we did. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Ver carta

This cafe serves excellent food and some really tasty evening meals. All the food is exceptional and me and my wife love coming back here to enjoy the variety of seasonal food. The staff are welcoming, kind and cheery, especially this time of the year December The service is excellent and whenever we did have an issue the staff listened and responded professionally. Wow, I was blown away by the beautiful views, what a treat! We visited for my husbands birthday with friends so we were a group of 7 with kids. You can have a sandwich if you don’t want the Sunday roast and a few specials as well. Very kid friendly. The prices are quite high but as a treat it was well worth it. I would say the best roast I have had for a very long time (vegetarian but roast). All the side dishes were so tasty. Can’t wait to visit again! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Pros beautiful views of beach, good food, children welcome. Cons clearly understaffed. Very slow service. Starters were forgotten, no apologies when we pointed out mains had arrived before the starters. No air conditioning or ceiling fans and the restaurant has floor to ceiling windows so was uncomfortably hot. Service was adequate but not particularly friendly. No allergen menu/ details of allergens in dishes was available. No colouring or other activities provided for children.
