"This restaurant is a wonderful place to dine. The surroundings are beautiful and well-decorated, and extremely clean. We had a nice table and were served promptly (as we had pre-booked). I particularly enjoyed my starter, the tomato bruschetta was amazing, with perfect toast and incredible tomatoes. It was one of the best bruschettas I have ever tasted. Our main meal was also delicious. Although we were too full for dessert this time, we would love to try it next time we are in Taunton. The prices were reasonable as expected for dinner, and the booking system was easy to use online. The waitresses were all polite, although some of the younger ones seemed a bit confused at times. My husband wished there was a better selection of draught beers, as mostly bottled beers were available. He felt that it was a more expensive way to enjoy a few beers with the meal. I don't mind tipping for good service, but I found it uncomfortable when the bill already included a service charge and we were asked if we were happy to pay it. It would be preferable to have the option to tip or not when adding card details, as I have seen in other restaurants. Despite these minor issues, I would certainly return to this restaurant, even if it was just for the delicious bruschetta. The meal was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed."

ASK Italia could not fit us in and reccomended Wild Wood, and we were so glad they did.. Far superior food and service here with a good choice of food and drink and they do the lunchtime menu till 5pm... We will be back. Friendly helpful staff just made it a great experience.... I ate here twice in a week what all says! I had both the delicious Cobb salad, but they were clear on my second visit, which was a Sunday instead of my middle week. nice eating and fast service, my only handle is the additional service fee. I am happy to type, but would rather do it on my conditions (I am aware that it can be removed at the question.)

yesterday evening with friends and had a delicious meal. to choose a lot on the menu and at a reasonable price; menu consists of pasta, pizza and meat meals in first line with a series of vegetarian options. the atmosphere was alive and eating was great. we waited something when our first job was lost and it was a busy Friday night, the waiters needed a little time to recover. that said, did not spoil the evening at all and would recommend.
