The dinner itself with the wine pairings was stupendous and the extra 'explanations ' were much appreciated. We could tell how proud you were of your kitchen. Recommend this restaurant highly.

Perfect! Not only was the service perfect, neat and benevolent (especially with young children) but the dishes were exquisite. The details given by the master of the hotel on the origins and effects sought, allowed us to appreciate all the wealth. We recommend closed eyes. Amazing experience. Our table enjoyed the 5-course menu. The service was impeccable. We were pretty early and tired to walk around all day and had cocktails in the bar until they opened. They brought us our Musée to the bar and then we moved to the dining room. We were sitting in half a private area. It was really a wonderful culinary experience.

service knows what it does, but cordiality is missing. our menu (burgundy) was very monotonous and there were some repetitions in the different dishes. we think it's a shame, we thought there would be a lot more variety (creativity, experience, fascination). Overall, it was correct, but not extraordinary and that's what should make a restaurant like that.

When the word is not enough to describe a single moment, an exceptional moment. delicateness and attention may be suitable for tonight on 22 July. intelligence, sensitivity, requirement are at all levels: in the reception, in the service, the choice of wines, and in the quality of the dishes. So thank you to all of us for giving us this unique moment where time stops, and where "the arts of the table" are revealed to us and take all their meaning. these moments that you take for yourself, a little selfish but so tasty and work, requirement and culinary perfection are given to you and touches you.
