Absolutely terrible. Twice these people have accepted orders online when they are not open. Fail to answer the answer phone and then frankly don’t care when you do speak to them. Do not order from these absolute fools.

Very disappointed order arrived an hour after estimated time. Food was all cold, soggy chips and chicken balls, and the sauce was spilled in the bag due to the lid not being on the pot. We won’t be ordering again from here sorry.

A little disappointed to say the least. he wait for delivery at on a monday when its miles away. Chips were warm and I'm pretty sure they were reheated and the picture is what worth of smoked chicken looks like. our monthly treat and I won't bother again

Great delivery service, food not the best, very bland and black bean sauce tasted watered down instead of being thick and rich flavoured. Crispy duck ok and comes with pancakes but nowhere near enough hoisin or cucumber spring onion for one person never...mind two of us. Shame as service is good but food mediocre.

My local Chinese takeaway and I've never had a bad meal from them. Deliveries are always very quick and before lockdown, if I went to pick up, they were equally super speedy. Chow mein is always excellent, generous portions of meat in my recent duck...in plum sauce, yummy banana fritters. Keep up the excellent work!

hour wait for a order placed at a sensible time for a family takeaway.. ended up having to sort another dinner out for children and didn’t arrive until they were long in bed! Failed to answer phone after trying so many times get through...to them no sorry no real to give seeming they already had our money! Food was shocking and cold when arrived NEVER ordering from here again!

the food at Wok Eat is lovely but on the Cafe Menu starters are very small portions this that salt-and-pepper chicken wings not a lot of chicken. plenty of rice or noodlesPlenty of rice or noodles and plenty of main course Friendly service the...only problem I have unique fix your tables all of the tables have been edging coming off all it takes is a bit of wood glue to stick it back on

Initially, the delivery was late around minutes late. Which isn't too bad but the uber eats app did not update where the driver was therefore i wasn't able to track my order, i called the restaurant many times for an update on where...the food was and unfortunately the line was busy', at some point the line was picked up but then immediately put down? So really the communication was very bad. As for the food i ordered the assorted starter for one and the house special fried rice i like the idea of an assorted starter, it was nice and affordable the BBQ ribs could have done with a little more BBQ sauce and the fried rice was nice, but really the delivery time and communication needs to be wor...
