"We have been a regular customer for some time now and it's always been spot on and delicious. Yesterday however something has gone wrong. We ordered 2 dishes. One noodles with vegetables and bamboo shoots and the other Pad Thai with no chillies. The noodles came with bamboo shoots and no vegetables and the Pad Thai came with chillies. When I asked the cook about the vegetables he couldn't hear me so I slightly raised my voice and asked again where were the vegetables. The lady behind the counter stepped in and told me to relax and that the vegetables were inside mixed in, even though we've gone through half of the box and there was no sign of them. Poor service and what's most important- unfortunately- food quality going down."

I live in London so go to Wok on a frequent basis. Ordered this via UberEats and this is what I got. Ordered cutlery nine arrived. This is an insult to the brand!!!!!!!!!!

I always make sure to visit Wok to Walk when I’m in London! Depending on what you choose, it can be a tad pricey, but the food is brilliant and there’s a great variety to choose from.

The food looked good however tasted stone cold! Bit concerned now as I had meat in my meal, you know a place is bad when you get better quality food in a packaged ready meal! Would avoid

a young girl with a white bucket hat made my experience excellent, she was very helpful and amazing at explaining everything to me when I needed help, also the chef was very serious about allergy’s, asking if I had any. Can’t wait to go back !!

I got Udon noodles with chicken and mushrooms. I didn’t realize the “veggie” they say comes in it was sprouts and onions. I absolutely hate onions so I didn’t expect them considering I customized my bowl. The sauce wasn’t enough and there were hardly any noodles or chicken. Not really sure what most of my box consisted of but left a lot of it in the bottom. Also it was kinda pricey for what I received. Wouldn’t eat there again.
