Everything about the place seems great, but the meal I picked just wasn't a winner I guess the Sweet & Sour sauce is something to be avoided.

You can order your noodles here and they cook them fresh. You can watch. Pretty good seating for the Borough Market. Noodles turned out excellent.

You select your own ingredients and they hand it directly to the team of chefs working in the room who cook it on furnace-like woks. Very good value and delicious

This small place, adjacent to Borough Market, is great for a quick, inexpensive meal. Lots of choices, friendly service, and so fresh! They make your custom meal after you order...but the wait isn’t long. You won’t be disappointed!

It was a late night delight for having stopped by this. checked out this place having seen good reviews about them and wanted to try. we weren't disappointed with good choices and made to order type. They prepare fresh with ingredients of choice and serve hot in mug and chopstick.. can take it on the go or dine there. loved the taste and service.

You pick/select your ingredients from an open display before its handed to the chef on the wok. There are different sized options all served in large/medium sized paper cartons. This time I had the small sized using courgette spirals as the base food and added...chicken and cabbage and beansprouts, onions. I personally prefer without the choice of sauce which is added whilst its cooking. also the egg, which the chef throws in makes it a little soggy. I also asked for less oil.

We were in London for nights and we went there to eat the first night and night! Our Airbnb location is close to Borough market. Stumble upon this place while walking around the neighborhood. We order bowls with different kinds of noodle...and sauce. My favorite is the oyster sauce. Least favorite is black bean sauce which is too over-powering. I love mine with rice noodle and oyster sauce. We came back the time and did take-away this time. Told them to go light on the sauce because of the over-powering sauce experience. Turned out a bit too bland, though still decent. I would recommend sticking with their default amount of sauce (except the black bean sauce). Overall, good portion and taste... Ver carta
