"tonight we went to our favorite fish chips shop in cemaes. I heard another customer asked about salt and pfeffer huhn in cheesy chips. I asked about it because I didn't know they did. I was told that salt and pfeffer huhn is a new product. it is striped by huh served in broth crumbs with the option of Cheesy chips, with added chili, and/or on a baptism. I decided to salt and pfeffer huhn with cheese chips. the last time I wrote a review, I almost forgot to add a photo and had eaten half the chips when I took it. this time I remembered. the photo shows the complete grinding time of the chicken strips with Cheesy chips. the chicken is full of taste and the cheese gives him the beautiful finished taste. next time I want to try the same, but added with chili. I really hope this menu choice is to stay here. Whether they are regular or new to this facility, the chicken strips are highly recommended."

"What a wonderful restaurant! We had a party of 25 this evening to celebrate my dad's birthday, my step-mum's birthday, and their first wedding anniversary. We were seated in a lovely private room. Dan and the staff were fantastic; the service was seamless and the food was delicious. A huge thank you for taking care of both birthday cakes and bringing them out for Dad and Rose when we were ready. We can't wait for our next visit! x x x"

"Went in for a dri nk after a very long hot walk, we asked the landlord about bus services in the area and was offered a lift back to Amlwch, which we were so glad of. Couldn't thank him enough, will hopefully be back soon and for food this time. Spoke to one local man in the pub and he a,so offered a lift and spoke of the area. One bonus for me was that they sold the nice Blue WKd , gluten free ones and not the awful barley rubbish. Price per person: £1–10"

"Food was okay, I had the Harbour Burger which was very tasty. Came with a fried egg on it which I found a bit odd but so be it! I just took it off and didn’t eat it. Nothing wrong with it, just not for me on top of a burger. Chips seemed to be skin on fries which is a trend I hate with a passion but that’s personal choice I suppose. Onion rings we ordered as extra were delicious. Staff who served us looked like she was heading for the electric chair once her shift was over but she did crack a smile at one point. I appreciate not everyday is a magical experience in life but in customer service, you need to plaster one on anyway really, even if it’s faker than a reality star’s molars."

"We called into The Ring today for a quick Sunday lunch and were completely blown away by how good the food was! The pub itself was clean, warm and quiet... with a roaring fireplace and lovely bar staff, it was a really comfortable place to...sit and eat. We ordered starters; the smoked salmon and beetroot, pigs in blankets and bacon,brie and blackpudding stack. All were really delicious with the pigs in blankets being our favourite. We then ordered mains; roast beef dinners and turkey burger. The burger came with beer battered sprouts (because it was the Christmas menu) and these were incredible... I'd order them again as a side dish next time. The roast beef dinners again were delicious... could not fault them at all. We only had time for a really quick meal which was a shame because the local IPA and Gins that were recommended were lovely. We are staying local for the week though, so we will be visiting again before we go home. Like I said the food exceeded our expectations by a long way and I've already recommend The Ring to friends who are in the area next week."
