Wonderful selection of flavours, staff nice and friendly, ice creams and coffee arrived promptly. Would definitely recommend!

The service is terrible I won’t go there again the staff works there are not friendly and they deliver very late we always has to wait for some time for our orders so I stopped going there again.

Another visit to my favourite ice-cream parlour. Consistently good, with a few new flavours, the cinnamon crunch is delicious and complimented my usual banana ice-cream beautifully. As always a warm welcome excellent customer service.

The manager need to teach the staff how to talk to the customer specially the ladies they don’t know any think!!! They don’t know how to say thanks event they don’t say please when they take the money from you look like they want to fight you . I will never go back there the boys are good but girls

Nearby desert parlours need to take a leaf out of YUMIS book. The premises is clean and the staff well mannered and helpful. The used gloves when preparing my waffle with all the trimmings, which is very important to me (as so many takeout don't) The manager was sooooo nice and gave my the history about the parlour e.g family run business. The service was great and the food was great. Will deffo go again.....

Visited this disgusting dessert shop today. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and waited. I then asked the assistant if there was any way she could do the order as I had a car waiting outside. She said it wasn't possible so I said that's OK I'll wait. Then, the man who was doing the orders (who looked very miserable and stressed preparing orders) came over and verbally attacked me for no reason and without no provocation. I was afraid he was going to get physical. He was abusive and ranted for ages at me. He shouted at me for no reason in front of a full shop, swearing and insulting me. He threatened me into agreeing that I was grateful for him doing the order. He carried on for 5 minutes bein... Ver carta
