Zenxi - Carta

Really had high hopes, but did not live up to it. Drinks where good though, so we just get hammered. Will return just to try once again.

Another fantastic meal. Honey Sea Bass was fantastic as well as the Kung Po King Prawns. Super food. Highly recommend the whole experience.

As always a lovely lunch with friends. Staff always great and busy. It was the day the Christmas tree was put up and it looks super. Thanks see you all in the New Year Ver carta

The best Asian fusion food I’ve had in a long time. Service was excellent and the food . Very tasty with no artificial additives. Ooh the cumin lamb was soo good. This now a new family favourite. So good we don’t mind travelling 2hrs just for the food.

We went to Warley Zenxi for my mums birthday , we have been before and hence had good vibes about it, they did not disappoint the food was fantastic thre service wonderful, helpful polite , from the lady that helped us initially with menu prior to arriving to all who made the night memorable, a very very big Thankyou Ver carta

Having frequently enjoyed Zenxi in Chelmsford I thought the same standard of food and customer service would be expected. Not so. Everything, from the presentation, taste of food and attentiveness of staff was lacking. The food was bland, my lamb curry chewy, and paying London prices for it. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning

Went for lunch. Got bill,added 10% tip. Got home to find out they'd already added service charge. Nobody had said a word,but waitress did say come back soon no wonder!, 20% tip. Disgraceful practice,to say the least. Previous visit to this was charged for a bottle of wine that was not ordered. Really really shouldn't give them any business. Most definitely won't be visiting again,nor will my vastcircle of friends

Excellent food, everything is cooked fresh, has a varied menu. I have eaten there many times and also held my retirement party there and we hired the whole Restuarant. They catered for 50 of us with 7 courses, each as delicious as the course before. I have several food intolerances and the dishes are always prepared to not include what I can’t eat. In my experiences this doesn’t happen in most Restuarants The staff are very friendly and highly efficient, In my opinion it is the best Restuarant in Chelmsford Ver carta
