the food was delicious. the coleslaw was probably the best ive ever had. the rib meat fell off the bone and was seasoned perfectly. and Mary the owner was so welcoming and lovely and there was a really personal and cosy atmosphere !!

Zizzi is a fantastic Italian restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to dine there. The pizza is delicious, the pasta is homemade, the cocktails are fabulous, and the desserts are outstanding. Everything you could want in one place!

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The owner provided amazing hospitality and the food was delicious. I had initially planned to eat at my hotel, but I'm so glad I decided to explore and discovered this gem. I highly recommend trying the onion rings and chicken burger. I can't wait to go back soon. Yesterday evening, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Zita's! The food was delectable and the portions were so large that we were too full to even think about having dessert! The server was very friendly and attentive. The 2 for 1 cocktail deal is a great offer and is reason enough to visit. We will definitely be returning!

This was the best find. The moment you enter, the aroma of smoked goodness fills the resto. Affordable prices and staff that treat you like family. Mary and Tim allowed us to take a tour and explained the history of the place. When the food arrived, it was over the top. The taste and amount was more than the price. I would highly recommend it.

Having driven past Zitas about 4530 times we decided to eventually take a trip inside. We were the only ones in there for a fair amount of our meal but don't be put off if it is quiet, the food is excellent, well cooked local meat and top quality chips! I would say the decoration of the place isn't amazing and to pay £5 for a pint of local cider when an american beer is only £4 is a slight let down.

Today, my friend and I had lunch at Zitas. We were warmly greeted and seated by the owner, who explained that all their meat is fresh and locally sourced. We opted for the BBQ platter for two and added on corn, onion rings, and pickles for extra crunch and flavor. The meal was delicious and enough to satisfy both of us. We even had leftovers for dinner, which were still tasty. I highly suggest visiting this restaurant and supporting locally owned businesses.

So this was our second visit to Zita's. We arrived to see it was still decorated for Valentines Day and their offer was still on. A nice surprise. We were greeted by Mary who took us to our table. We ordered a sharing platter with extras. The food took about 25 mins to arrive but it was so fresh and well cooked. We decided to have the sharing desert as well and my goodness it was fantastic! Mary was fantastic as a front of house general manager. The thoughtfulness she showed made a huge positive effect on the dining experience.
