Fantastic meal with family. Great service and great atmosphere. I will definitely be back

Popped into Zizzi’s without pre-booking. very welcoming staff and accommodating. Service was very prompt and we could order drinks and food quickly. Sarah was exceedingly courteous and very helpful from the minute we arrived.

Food was good,we only ordered small plates as we didn't have much time, restaurant is clean and tidy and popular for a Tuesday night! Service was a bit slow but you be fair they were busy and didn't appear to have as much wait staff as maybe needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful where they could be. Ver carta

I thought that Zizi was a good chain for food, oh how wrong was I. I ordered my pizza for delivery and it was cold, soggy and downright disgusting. Having to put my 15 pound pizza in the microwave is an outrage, if I wanted this I could’ve just put a supermarket pizza in the oven. Alex, the manager, was blaming me for the problem with the food he is serving. The customer service is poor at this restaurant. Do not buy food from here.

they served the pizza very spicy, although we ordered not spicy, since we were in a hurry and were very hungry, we had to hollow out the hot pepper and eat it. I have never seen such terrible service, neither cutlery nor knives, they didn't even put napkins, I had to tell the waiter to bring them. I was in this pizzeria for the first time and the last time. I understand they always say that people are wrong, but not like that... I do not recommend!!!!

Visited early evening last Thursday. Food was lovely and service was fantastic. Very refreshing to receive great customer service and hospitality, particularly from the guy in the red checked shirt, he may have been the Manager? More frequently these days I come across staff in the retail or hospitality industry that visibly just look like they can't be bothered, don't want to be in the job and frankly give poor service. Not here, all staff spoke politely and with a smile. Really lovely meal and we will return again. Ver carta

The pizzas are like the best around but this particular branch is just falling to pieces. 1) ants in summer all around the edge. When advised staff they already knew and were happy with them there 2) staff always change every time we go there maybe once a month) 3) no heating in winter December) 4) stopped bothering with the complimentary crisps 5) pizza oven no longer works 6) half the menu is unavailable Hopefully all these issues get resolved as the food is the best in town… we even like the zizzi pizza you can now buy in Tesco etc which I guess is closest chance to a zizzi pizza you’ll get in Camberley :

We were a table of 12. We were seated in an area (inside) that was really cold. We all kept our coats on the whole of the way through the meal. Even with our coats on we were still uncomfortably cold. They had plug in mobile heaters but we couldn't feel any heat even though they were pointed directly at us. It kind of tarnished the whole meal. We'd have left and gone somewhere else but would have been tricky to find another restaurant that could take a table for 12 with no notice. Food was hit and miss. My food was great but others in my group weren't happy with theirs. On the whole it seems like a nice restaurant, nice layout and atmosphere. The staff were nice too. But just freezing cold a...
