Not only was the vegetarian beanie burger amazing, but the staff here are too!! Highly recommend Nando's, if in the area. Great seating area outside that allow pups to enjoy the area with you.

So the only vegan dish I tried was the vegan pizza with vegan cheese! I was super excited to have a cheese pizza in a restaurant but to be honest I was rather disappointed with it. For me it was pretty dry. I felt like I paid £10 for some bread.

That will teach me to review before they fulfill there promise, was waiting ages for our food, when questioned they said the ticket had been lost and would sort out ASAP, very apologetic and promised a voucher, as a way of apology, that was two weeks ago and still no email. Been forgotten twice!!

after a terrible experience in tgif we went to nandos and sat immediately, drinks were on the table within 5 minutes, eating was quickly served and it was a nice meal. watched for constantly waiting staff. overall an excellent experience, we will definitely return in the future. children found a new favorite. the staff should be praised for the service they have done tonight.

I ordered Nando’s and always call the restaurant to confirm my order and make amendments that they cannot do in the app. my server izzy always ensures that my food comes right to take my special orders and sofia the chef has cooked my food to perfection. Many thanks to the manager tiago for always ensuring that his colleague takes all customer requirements seriously. best Nando’s ever!

if they are happy to wait for an hour or so for their food, then it is worth it. the pizza itself is delicious; the vegan mozzarisella complicated the pizza base and there is a great selection of toppings to choose from. they do not make the pizza with as many torfs as they should consider the steep price, but it is still worth buying. I'd get the Rustica base back, because it's crispy and you've dipped more.

Eaten here a few times and I’m shocked that they just can’t get chicken right, yet it’s the one thing they are supposed to excel at. My ‘butterfly’ chicken today was simply a dry chicken fillet. It had not been butterflied! I’m also skeptical that this is fresh chicken. My sense is that it’s frozen, defrosted and cooked. Deciding from here on I simply won’t be spending anymore money in this place. One too many bad meals now.

Self service order at table app was a complete waste of 20 minutes as it failed to complete my order three times before I gave up on it. The Chicken wings I was served could have been grilled a little longer, they were cooked but still a little on the fleshy side. To say there was way to much Nando's salt on the fries would be an understatement and the presentation of plated food was underwhelming. The whole experience left me felling I should have gone somewhere else and will definitely make me think twice in future before visiting again. The staff whilst cheerful and polite all appeared to be young and unguideed.

nandos in chelmsford we really decided this evening for me, I am disabled and in the wheelchair. I asked the beautiful christina where the disabled toilets were and I was informed that they are up, but the customer elevator when our order. I said it would be good, but Christina said she would check with her manager if I could record in the personal service. So she returned and accompanied me and my partner all the way up and waited kindly for us so she could bring us down. dinge like this and the personal that the extra mile for disabled as I help is important for a good culinary experience. thanks for being so courteous.
