"We were a little disappointed that the restaurant did not do anything special for the occasion (we were celebrating our son's 6th birthday). In other restaurants, we have had waiters sing the birthday song or bring out a cake for the birthday child, but at Zizzi nothing special was done. It was obvious that it was a birthday celebration, as we had noted this on the reservation and the waiter even asked if we were the birthday party. Overall, it was quite disappointing."

They rang me 4pm on the day of my reservation to say they were fully booked for that night an could not fulfil booking made by you .I travelled down from Manchester so not very happy an will not be using Open Table again
