Zizzi Wembley - Carta

If you enjoy mediocre, mass-produced Italian food served by unskilled workers, then this is the perfect restaurant for you.

Service a bit slow due to large party of about 20. Food good and kids happy with their pizzas. Adult mains OK, desserts delicious.

We waited for an hour for our main dish, which was not as good as we have experienced at other branches. Additionally, it was difficult to get the waiter's attention.

El servicio fue muy lento. Algunos miembros del personal parecían estar charlando distraídamente. Cuando finalmente nos sirvieron, la comida salió según lo planeado. El camarero portugués añadió un poco de encanto al trámite

Since the restaurant was very busy due to the FA Cup semi-final day, the food and service were excellent. The restaurant normally does not accept bookings during events, but they honored our Opentable reservation for 13 people. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was very good. Ver carta

We had pre-booked a table, admittedly we were running late as we were caught up in event traffic. I called the restaurant repeatedly for 15 mins, at no point did anyone answer. On arrival they had given our table away, my only question is how can I tell you we are running late if you don't answer the phone???

The food was very good and very tasty however the restaurant looked understaffed and the service was very slow, if we wanted anything we had to constantly ask and that was if we could get someone's attention. When our server cleared our starter plates she asked if we would like to see the dessert menu. The food when we got it was very good and very tasty.

I don't know where to start really. We were shown to a table right by the open kitchen and it was very hot. Our order was taken quickly and we soon received our starters. However, we were only half way through our starters when the waiter brought our main meals. We all thought our meals were just ok, nothing special and some way from the standard we've come to expect from Zizzi's. Throughout our meal, the head chef was tearing strips off the other chefs and soon a full blown argument ensued. After our desserts we asked for the bill. Considering the way we had been rushed through our meal. we expected to be able to settle the bill quickly but we had to wait a full twenty minutes before anyone... Ver carta
