"Dear Management,We had reserved a table in the fietis for 17:30h in the family holiday for the birthday of my mannes. due to our afternoon event, we could not hold the slot and even contact us by phone in the restaurant to announce our delay. the competent service power that received the telephone call reacted very snippily there. arrived in the restaurant, the snippish behavior increased in arrogant to declining and unfortunately in no wise service or customer-oriented. We were made aware that we can no longer perceive our reservation by 18:15h, as the orders (by steak = short-fried) would last at least 2 hours. Of course, we were too late, however, in the local 3 tables were occupied and on us the argumentation was constructed as we had our children with it, and that apparently did not fit the target audience. we had no impression at any time that we wanted to be helped and that they could do anything to place us. because of my understanding, this behaviour is to be justified only by lack of training, customer orientation and professionalism as well as experience. for a good restaurant the service is the visit card. we go very often and also eat very high-quality - such a playful (rough play)? we've never seen all (5 grown-ups) for happiness. the saying "the customer is king" was not fulfilled here. even if the reservation can no longer be held or the guests do not correspond to the target audience, a friendly, professional and value-adding alternative is the a and O.I wish them that it is a one-time slip and that this is not the rule service behavior in the fietis. "right on the beautiful beach promenade in wyk, you can sit here either inside or outside, wonderfully sitting and eating tasty. large cake selection, milky with fresh fruit, yogurt with fruits, coffee, tee, tasty hot chocolate. the rise leather really offers something for everyone. the most amazing we found the gourmet breakfast we have enjoyed on the last Sunday of our holiday...Simply great! additionally the service is nice and fast. happy again and again!"

"Since I can't rate on Trip Advisor naminewitt (yet) I do it here. The vision team and the Old Pastorate in the southern end have merged and implemented a new concept in the rooms of the former “small Witt” and the Hotel Witt in Nieblum. 3 tracks are driven: restaurant (not yet officially opened), self-service drink and sale of regional or branded products. We looked around today at the first visit and focused on drinking, which works very well. For this we had a Roastbeef Vitello in excellent quality and very successful calfs frikadellen. The interior is very tasteful, the outdoor terrace (on which we were 3 hours at 5 degrees the only) is a bang. The wine selection is good, the espresso for Föhr forgives, private thing here does not beat. Once the restaurant is open, we will also pass this extensive exam. "some dishes were so delicious when we expect. Eating started with half an hour delay because restaurante was not ready to open at the time of the reservation (not big cache.) strange wanted to ask for drink, they offer a drink as an appetizer (church or similar) but we need to ask for other drinks. the appetizer was a piece of fish perfect over a bed of tweepers and a dish of a fresh watermelon (and pumpkin? not sure) easy and delicate. the first courses were a gurkensuppe with laughs, tasty, but not on the expected level and a classic look eating soup, simply perfect, probably best that I must live in my life (except one of my mother) the most important courses were miscelaneous, coq a delicate and classic, soft kartoffel mash that complements the delicate taste of the weines in the huhn. bark meat, right, with a kind of pulled ribs. high in taste, perhaps too much sauce and a huge presentation. half a lobster, well boiled, with vegetables in the exact point everyone, but with a tasteless spaghetti that has no meaning. the chef could make something better with this amazing lobster and perfect pleasure. ling filet, a soft fish properly cooked, with vegetables also perfectly cooked. nothing spectacular but nothing bad to say. desserts: lunch menu includes a soufflé about skybeers sauce. delicious. chocolate surprise: various chocolate ideas. all perfect.orange chocolate. soft soft chocolate, dark chocolate (easy,) good dessert coffee wyk, a few different chocolates as a dish in front, and a coffee glass, with amarettinis, an amaretto, ice cream, coffee, chocolate? delicious! place: the place is really nice, lighting and classic, decoration after the insole, and with a great shape. personal: correct service, not with a flowing English, but we appreciate the effort. they make their best to satisfy our time there, including a small dish for a baby that he enjoyed because also was good. kitchen table after service. Summary: classic restaurant, with classical oriented, usually worked in excellent. no risks take most plates, good product, simple elaborations and still not all perfect. we miss the surprise they expect in a first michelin. it is a perfect place in a perfect island with and almost perfect eating. "The Asian restaurant Beijing Ente is located near the Föhrer Südstrand. During the holiday we had a desire to eat something other than fish, the smallest common denominator is usually Chinese or Italian, so with us. Already in front of the entrance to the place you will be greeted by 2 large granite sculptures; sitting lions. Inside it is a surviving Buddha who welcomes the guests apart from the staff. The interior of the restaurant is typical. Chinese style set up: e.g. colorful gold-colored cassette-covers, large Chinese floor vases made of porcelain, Winkekatzen, large Asian wall paintings ......... also a beautifully planted large water basin with Koi carp. On beautiful days you can also enjoy the traditional dishes from the different regions of the Middle Kingdom on the spacious terrace. From Monday to Friday, a discounted lunch table with soup or spring roll will be offered; from 9.30 Euro . Various multi-course rice boards for several people or original Beijing duck are prepared only on pre-order. We decided for the lunch table Ba Bao various meats with all kinds of vegetables sharply fried pikant and well 11.50 Euro duck pineapple in sweet-saur sauce with vegetables tasty 13.50 Euro duck with 8 diets crispy duck meat with vegetables and soy seedlings slightly sharp and well 13.50 Euro the previously served Beijing soup and spring rolls were O.K.
