beautiful, exceptional location and also great eating to be reasonable. very nice service. to the herboldshof is definitely worth the ride! we sat inside in the restaurant and enjoyed the great atmosphere. I also want to use the beautiful beer garden again. the menu is not too big, all in top quality.

this restaurant is not like any other restaurant I was before. it is a rebuilt scheune. the light is dimmed and warm because of candles. the furniture is nevertheless comfortable in wood. the meals are simple, but extremely tasty. my favorite meal is carving in. a pan served with roasted potato and a small salate.

Never expected to find such a stunning place in this hick town village. Atmosphere absolutely stunning. Open Thursday til Sunday. Toilette not wheelchair enabled ; But a sun downer in the beer garden or some food is worth a trip to this place. Not allowed...to take Photo but found page and photos in Facebook. Definitely worth a visit !

This is really a very quaint venue, quite with vaulted ceilings, no electric light just candles. The food was excellent but, ....... I have never ever experienced such unfriendliness, it was as if the server had absolutely no interest in the clients..We arrived shortly were informed that we could only order food after but she did bring us something to drink..... She then took other guests orders, who arrived minutes after us....What a real shame served other guests who arrived after us
