Highly recommend the restaurant! It serves amazing Spätzle: we had ones with parmesan and pesto and cheese with onions. Both were delicious!

Nothing to complain about! Small cosy restaurant so I suggest to reserve. Good food, many options and variations with big portions at no extra charge. Go!

German specialties. organic ingredients and many veg or vegan options. great value for money. and really friendly atmosphere (and personal.) it is small, so call them in advance or go early!

This was one of our best meals in Hamburg. Simple decor and straightforward but delicious menu. We both had the spatzle with pesto and Parmesan and it was fantastic. My daughter said it was the best Spatzle she has ever tasted!

A lovely place, tucked out of the way with delicious food! Great, friendly service atmosphere. For those who have never had spätzle before you are missing out, it’s a great lesser known traditional German dish that’s a must have- I had the Parmesan ..pesto dish which was seriously tasty!

our local friend recommends this small restaurant. it is open on Sunday. perhaps 85% restaurants are closed on Sundays in hamburg. the restaurant is very small, and even 2pm it is full of guests. surprisingly it has English menu. we ordered sparrows...with meat-leaved and fried spatzle with sour wort and smoked tofu. my court was incredibly excellent! the herb was clearly a highlight of the meal. it tasted a little sour, stimulated my appetit. it was something I didn't have in Europe. I loved it. waitresses are very friendly. in general it is a very cozy restaurant with affordable trips.

You could easily pass this place by on a walk through town. It's small, there's no bells and whistles, but damn was this a great meal. I wish we would have found it sooner on our trip, we would have been here every day! I have the worst feeling of directions even Google cards. but I had a terrible desire that locals asked for help. Help me, please they were surprised that I had something German and it was thanks to my crazy love to rammstein. they laughed that. my thoughts included learning from their speech. but they showed me in the right direction, and I was inaugurated by the beautiful little space called a small bird. it was a nice little room packed.
