"Ich war mit meiner Frau im Sorpehaus. Durchweg sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten beide Vorspeise und Hauptgericht. Als Vorspeise haben wir uns für Vitello Tonnato und Variationen von Bruschetta entschieden. Beides angemessene Portionen. Beides sehr schmackhaft. Hauptgericht war dann einmal Rinderfilet mit Bratkartoffeln und einmal Rinderfilet nur Scampi. Ja, das war auch lecker. Was ich ein wenig zu bemängeln hatte war der Espresso. Der ging mal gar nicht. Ist aber in Deutschland leider normal. Es gibt ganz wenig Restaurants (auch Italiener) wo es einem guten Espresso gibt."

"We stayed at Landhotel Willecke in Stockum which is a short drive from the town of Sundern. We stayed four nights in one of the renovated rooms in this very friendly family run hotel. The room was cozy, spacious and super clean. Very good beds. Good breakfast buffets with great bread rolls, eggs, selection of cold cuts, cheese and fresh fruit and yoghurt. We enjoyed very good dinners in the traditional style restaurant serving both classics as more traditional dishes. Very helpul and friendly owners and staff, ask about the abundant hiking and cycling options."

"We were there with the family and were thrilled with the food. The main dishes were all fresh and homemade, which was promised by the service. The food was very refined and visually appealing green vegetables here in a refined piece of bread, and among it the dish often hides such creativity. However, the desserts and the service found that there was no shortage of skilled workers here, so that the dessert was partially already prepared and the beverage supply would have been better. All in all we liked it very well and we like to come back."

"Wenn der Wirt vor der Tür steht, dir auch Empfehlungen für andere Restaurants gibt und dich für den Rückweg auf ein FüchschenAlt einlädt, startet der Abend schon mal sehr gut. Wir haben die tolle Kneipenatmosphäre, die netten Gäste, flotte Bedienungen, den gesprächig Wirt und das FüchschenAlt genossen. Ganz Alten Schneider gab es auch noch. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"delivery lasted, cyclist was very friendly; pizzen were good, pizza rolls u salat also delicious, jägerschnitzel not so (wenig pommes u soße, liquid mayo- the more reminiscent of salat cream) for pizza and sslat but gladly again"
