"Our food, starters as well as main courses, was consistently tasteless. The Pad Thai was a solid lump of rice noodles that just tasted sweet. The worst Pad Thai we have ever had. The starters were also a disaster. The location is very cold in winter and basically uncomfortably furnished. The service is also just solala. In addition, the prices are outrageous for what is offered. We definitely can't recommend this restaurant."

"Here in Bern, Gluten Free is hit miss. To make things even worse, some of the GF friendly places are closed on Sundays. I found this place while I went around and thought I would try. Watch the sign on the street level. You have to look up a flat hallway and a staircase. But above is a nicely ordered Mexican restaurant. My waiter, the manager I think, assured me they could serve a GF court. He explained that the tacos are safe with corncortortillas and that I could also have Maistortillas with the Fajitas. He was very helpful and attentive. I had the beef phajitas, and they are excellent, although a little oily. Great taste, and a bit different in spices than I usually in the USA. They also have other meats, and veggie fajitas available. Mine was actually half beef, half veggie, perfect for me. I have wheat allergy, not celiac, and I think that's good for me."

"Es war ein schöner Sommerabend. Das Ristorante hat uns extra zwei Tische reserviert. Einen drinnen und einen draussen. Was für ein Service! Wir haben zu neunt im Ristorante Rialto gegessen und jeder hat eine andere Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert gewählt. Es wurde alles super schnell, zusammen und noch heiss serviert. Der Service war perfekt und das Essen der Hammer! Ich kann diese Pizzeria jedem weiterempfehlen und habe sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort gegessen. Danke vielmals für den tollen Abend!"

"We ate here a month ago and the food was very good but the service was poor. We thought we would try again but we did not even order our food as the two women were so rude to us we left. Our first visit they moved us off the table immediately after 90mins. Our friend cannot drink fast due to a medical condition and asked if we cld sit at the bar to finish the drinks. They were extremely rude and kept pouring the drink to indicate they wanted us out. Then our second visit we arrived early and were told please wait (there was no one in the restaurant), then told explicitly you have extra time as you are early but you must be out by 19.30. Then they barked at us if we wanted drinks, we advised we could order everything to save their time. Their body language and speech is like being in a prison and that your mere presence in their restaurant is an inconvenience to them. Sadly the credit to the kitchen cannot be given as despite the food being good the front of house experience is hellish. Avoid."

"Wir waren heute Abend (2.10.2019) im Giardino. Das Essen war gut. die Bedienung am Anfang unseres Abends katastrophal . Die junge Frau witzelte mit uns (eher peinlich), konnte kaum 2 Bestellungen im Kopf behalten, wir musste alle zuerst die Vorspeise bestellen, weil sie angeblich nicht verschiedene Sachen auf einmal behalten konnte, die Weinbestellung war eine einzige Katastrophe, ich musste ihr den Wein auf der Weinkarte zeigen, sie verstand es nicht als ich den Piemonteser Chardonnay bestellte. Sie teilte uns mit, dass sie keine Ahnung habe was ein Entrecòte apoint gebraten sei, fragte im übrigen auch nicht, wie wir das Fleisch wünschen, brachte einem unserer Gäste das falsche Essen....leider eine Katastrophe (leider waren meine Pommes Fries keine PF, sondern von Kartoffelpüree im Oel gebratene Kartoffeln), schade! Eine solch schlecht ausgebildete Servicekraft mit diesen speziellen Manieren solltet ihr dringen nicht beschäftigen, oder ihr zumindest die minimalsten Regeln beibringen!!!!!"

"Die Kommentare hier finde ich übertrieben..Bei meinen bisherigen Besuchen war das Personal stets freundlich. Auch die Preise sind "normal". Wir sind hier in der Schweiz und da gibt es leider einen Teller Pasta nicht für 10 Franken.. Nun zum Restaurant. Das Ambiente finde ich ganz gemütlich. Das Essen ist absolut in Ordnung und bei der Pasta gibt es einige andere Gerichte als beim Durchschnittsitaliener.. Für ein normales Mittag oder Abendessen absolut zu empfehlen."

"Food halls can now be found in every major city around the world. We really liked the Victoria Market Hall. The selection of food stalls was nice and the atmosphere was nice. On Saturday evening there is live music and it is really full (in contrast to most other food halls I have seen, some of which are almost ghostly empty) The price/performance ratio is surprisingly good. London is generally quite expensive but the market halls are fairly priced on average. In contrast to many other food halls that are just grossly overpriced. The seats on the ground floor are very drafty and cold (when the doors open). It's better to look for a place on the upper floor."
