"so the steaks are plentiful, very well cooked, and there is a beautiful red wine list. this is a steak restaurant, they should be good, and they are. the atmosphere was beautiful and the personal very attentive and professional. but some of the non-Steak dishes are disappointing. the charcuterie plate had a few pieces of meat from a package, heavy undercooked 80s style garlic broth, and a paved fennel side that lacked taste and flavor. the piri piri huhn was also disappointing; I expected a juicy chicken on the bone with crispy seasoned skin, but got a dried-out piece of breast with tweeping in one of these Naff plates. once again, tasteless, without seasoning, and even the homeopathic pot of the acid cream could not live or moisten it. and at 15 pounds, that is not cheap. the whole bill was quite expensive. So it's okay if they want a steak and wee, and probably worth a lot better on one of their weekday fights. just don't try to leave!"
