Schade."

"Yesterday evening my companion and I wanted to eat after a customer appointment in bremen walle, in the weserpark in the green, where the roads carry all flower names, even before our home trip cevapcici. as I knew from two more frequent Croatian and Balkan restaurants near the a1 in bremen that it was on Monday, I had the www. as I could see, 2 restaurants of this type are also history in the medium-heavy. the europe and now also the dubrownik are closed, where josef (owners of dubrownik,) under the same name already the completely newly renovated restaurant of the former in wulsbüttel (that was about 113 years in family-owned to februar 2015). The dubrownik continued in parallel until 2016. then I came to the steakhaus melissa on www. Three years were visited. it had opened on Monday to our happiness and it was also just a few hundred meters away from my customer. So our choice was fixed for last night. shortly after 21:00 clock we entered the grounded restaurant and were welcomed by a younger lady who also took care of the rest of the time. we were allowed to choose a free table. our choice fell on a foursome at the windowfront to the road. the place is very nicely decorated without the classic round arch, but also without snorkeling. so it is quite comfortable, but not so super modern. we felt comfortable, the tables are all covered with fabric tablecloths. there were also in a stalk two with vinegar and oil received, as well as in any case a small cyanant salt pfeffers scatter. there was also a lamp on the table that constantly changed the color (on the photo of the soße, the crimpbutter and majo rear left). for the environment there are 3 stars of me. on the left side after the entrance there is probably also a smoker room. there was nothing to mix about cleanliness. the waitress brought us directly 2 cold julischka and the menus in a leather case. there were typical Balkan classics, steaks, fish dishes and international foods listed. we chose 2 coca cola large 0.4l for each 3,40 €, 2 x the balkan classic cevapcici for each 10. but today only with a pure criminal salad and for my companion 1x majo for 0.50€ after a short time, the well-cooled cola glasses were us as well as a plate with a crimped butter carafe, a carafe with an art ajvar, but sweet and provided with taumel, as well as a peeling with majo. butter, majo and soßeva. the cevapcici teller consisted of 7 very tasty cevapcici with a light garrison note, a good amount of nice hot swirl, neat pommes frits, hot non-codder djuwetsch reis, which was unfortunately very taste-neutral and something deco. up to the slightly pale and taste-neutral djuwet, it would be for the rest of the food incl. 4 stars, but with regard to the djuwet scream (but I had better in memory here) I decided this time for good 3.5 stars. the waitress came up between 2x on the table and asked us kindly whether it would taste and whether we would still wish. of course we had another red sauce. this was then submitted to us immediately and not calculated separately later. after the taste of the crimped butter we cannot say anything now, as we did not need it for the cevapcici. after eating the empty tellers were all quickly connected with a few nice words. then we asked about the calculation that was quickly handed out in the form of a reasonable cash alert with all data. still there was another cold julishka than bag. after the payment with reasonable tipp, then it went well saturated on the 2.5 hours home trip. Conclusion: this time the djuwet screamed us in opposition to the other good food supplements could not convince us. the plv fits in every case. we will visit this on site, but we will be happy to visit again."

"with eating on Christmas, it's always such a thing. often one is already lying before visiting a restaurant of festive customs. especially on Christmas holidays, the return in the restaurant can quickly become a gastronomic pfeffermint. Monty-Python fans with preference for "the sense of life" know what I'm talking about. after the palate experiences in bremerhaven and worpswede, we let it go on the festive days a little more slackened. instead of Christmas “Fresskapaden”, were swung in the Fritz-Piaskowski-Hallenbad Bremen-Vegesack. Moreover, extended deichspaziergänge along the wümme Oberneuland provided plenty of fresh air around the nase. If you read through the popular portals, the restaurant hermes with lobeshymnen is just spilled over. some can even choose in the Olympic Greek grill art. but it was necessary. the gyrosologe of my trust at gg known under the cover name “Hanseat1957” had not even included the Souvlaki shed in its hit list. I was quite curious if it could be loaded with prestigious kulttavernen olympia and poseidon in landau or sto castello in candel. the domizil of the culinary divine messenger is located in the August-Bebel-Allee. a small walk led us virtually “Vahr away” in the northern part of the city treated so deeply by sven regenerer. in the new vahr north live at not even a square kilometers approx. 8000 people. many high houses, but also a lot of green around the scenery of the wild bremer east. it also did not surprise me that the controlled lightening temple presented itself from its outer appearance as an imitation-free-functional being. for to bring it to the point: the white overlined clinker construction with the inscription “Hermes” did not seem particularly inviting from the outside. a few stretched sun umbrellas defied the cold season. Otherwise, the terrace area in front of it was understandably completely empty. with mixed feelings I entered our evening bread, but then was surprised by the design of the spacious dining room positiw. we had of course reserved, because in the hermes it seems to be quite narrow at “normal” days. so full was the load on christmas. our table, framed by two comfortably upholstered benches, and shielded by wooden cutting elements made of dark painted wood, would have been optimal for four people. However, as we moved to fifth, an additional chair had to be repaired at the table. however, it was in the middle of the passage that was frequented by service staff and other guests. not a particularly comfortable place for the semi-seated bremer edelmann. a change of place was necessary. nice that the young manhood of edi lühring, the managing director of the restaurant, was so flexible this evening and offered us an old navigable place despite the cramped situation. with our new, in the immediate position to the theke, were all satisfied and we were able to devote ourselves entirely to the reading of the diner cards. my view was swept through the “underwood” of the interior. she reminded me of the restaurant sparta visited in the summer of 2017 in the lesum district, my bremer favorit in gyros, tzatziki and co. because the dizzying all over the Hellas-Kitsch, which one still today in the form of wall paintings usually had any gods who had completed their doctorate in the genus and last areas... , efeuranken how often have guests misinterpreted these sheets as part of their supplemental salad... Adonis figures that man or woman knows what Greek food can lead in an extreme case... and Pappmaché columns “all sooo beautifully decorated here”... in so many of the old-eating grilled meats hit the room in the positive sense “saving”. actually quite cozy here, so the close conclusion that I had stolen in the circle of the family. despite the great urge, the loudness in the inner pleasing remained within limits. the idea of equipping the dining room with a lot of wood beams and cutting elements led to a quite cozy atmosphere. from presented – we found it quite pleasant in the appearance of the pendant lamp covered by basket mesh, especially since the wooden self-protection stood in the service of our seat niche. Christmas were rewarded here in the form of a small selection at festival recommendations. saganaki baked sheep cheese with honey and sesame, with feta filled paprika florinis filled spitzpaprika , duck breast with potato crusts and red cabbage jaja, the German horns... as well as a washy moussaka managed to make it on the Christmas card that had not yet been parakezed with sweet apple cimt pannacotta and the south so far, so unusual. at least from the first die impression. the standard repertoire, which is embedded in leather optics hardcover, was printed on the usual insert sheets and read more like the selection at the Otto-Normal-Hellenen around the corner. Mixed plates with all that the meatsian likes, various gyros variants, a few lamb meat dishes from the baked oven, an oversightable pre-fishing program everything is quite inconspicuous and quite comparable with the amounts from the Palatinate province. a bottle of the clearly overrated mineral water of the branded rolsteiner amounted to quite sporty 5,50 euro. the köstritzer kellerbier 0.3 l floss for 3,20 euro from the barrel into the glass, while my mixed from bitburger pils and lemon sprudel beat 0.4 l with 3,90 euro to be booked. “A bad beer doesn’t make a good cyclist!” we say, a philosophy that once again proved to be true. I had the impression that at the drinks prices you had to go a little more vigorously than at eating. we ordered the peperonipfanne 5.80 euro to agree. from the quantity were the shots fried in garlic oil ideal for sharing. I initially missed some of the dark red spots that arise when grilling over wood charcoal. but the green paprika plants had such a well balanced sharpness that they were raised over all preparation doubts. also the mistake was not made here to bury them under fried or grilled garlic pieces. a start to measure, which further increased our joy at the main courses. the two younger women on the table shared the vegetarian appetizer board for two persons 16,90 euro, who had a name for my surprise. “Paul’s starter plate” combined a large selection of filled, panned, fried and baked mezedes. large white beans gigantes, panted fetakäse saganaki, panned aubergines and zucchini, filled wein leaves, with cheese and spinat filled leafy bags teropetkia and again two hands full roasted peperoni lay flanked by two proud hills from tzatziki and fetakäsecrème. not enough, one ordered an additional teller with fried champignons 2,40 euro. the not exactly low calorie Veggie plate was from my own a classic panade example for insane meat-dirt while creeping. but good, some eat also at the italian jägerschnitzel. it has tasted the two part-time vegetarians, even though their fat digestion gave me this evening. next to the meatless frittier landscape, a large mixed salat 7,50 euro was ordered by moussaka from Christmas card 15,90 euro and to honor the last, sprinkled carnivores on the table the Athen plate 14,50 euro. a herb salad was included. for a small obolus of 0.80 euro a small mixed supplemental salad was made from it. an additional small cheese sauce the obligatory, heated pre-hollandaise was calculated with 1 euro extra. on the capital cellar were a juicy souvlaki shoot, a well seasoned chopsteak of beautiful merber resistance, a slightly too greasy lamb chop no crown meat, a pity! as well as a freshly cut crispy gyroshügel. as a supplement, I had decided for the bratkartoffel chips from the fritteuse. together with a neat celle from homemade tzatziki, this was a quite convincing argument against the late Christmas starving. except for the lamb chop, this was a very successful grill plate that left nothing to be desired with regard to juice and spice. the meat presented itself in a professional manner. marinieren goes well known about studying. in the hermes kitchen, they apparently knew how to roast the grilladen professionally. the “Bratkartoffeln” became a decent TK-good and did not fall excessively fat. the Greek yogurt cucumber pamp tasted fresh and not exaggerated after garlic. also the supplement salad knew to please with fresh ingredients. the price for the quality offered was unanimous. similar satisfaction was expressed at the table over the mighty Moussaka-Tafelberg, where not bechamel sauce and gratinkäse was saved. satisfied and well saturated, the divine messenger sent us back from the new vahr north to the bremer night. the small digestion walk did well and supported the digestiw acting ouzo to the house we got donated. we agreed quickly: a recommended address more in the bremer gastrodschungel and definitiw a repetition value."

"zeche: €68.30 (two people in general: the tinto that I had discussed for rk in november 2013. also on Wednesday evening on a rainy julitag 2015 the good impression was confirmed. the restaurant was occupied against 20 o'clock until the last place! strikingly the many small and larger women groups, over the age classes. it confirms my hypothesis, the small part as they predominate in tapas and mezebars, the eating habits of women well meet. In addition, the women come together (to speak and not eat) and both do not go physiologically and aesthetically synchronous. but they can quickly push a hahn without the flow of speech coming to the table. the high guest kit produces a neat noise, so they don't have to worry that the near neighbours get something from their own talk. in tinto you can experience an atmosphere of restaurant and bar. that likes these living and gouting standards of the Spanish cuisine that is correct in tinto. reservation is obligatory. the tinto holds a homepage with all information (food, drinks, many photos: [here link]. I saw the price-performance ratio at my first critique at three stars. after many crises that lie in between, and also because the comparison to november 2013 shows that the prices have remained constant, this time I will set to 3.5 stars. service: when calling with my desk I was asked whether we would like to sit on a high table or a normal table. that was attentive. we chose the normal seat height. the service concerned young women in black (black tinto poloshirt, black waitress, black pants). despite the full load operation, we were well looked after by our younger servant and all waiting times were exhausted. loud bon served us chef kellner and we came to know us. she also spoke out and when we left the tinto, not without putting my critic card on the table, she ran back and said that she had already experienced my third critique visit. she also had the pfeffer mill in memory that we always ask; she brought her without asking. our main skeleton has an open and friendly way and always a smile in the face, although it was hard work for them in the evening. they make the job obviously joyful and get very good four stars for it. the beverage prices at a high level stable: 0.3 l coarse group pils are charged at bon at 2,80 0.75 l water with 5,00 € and the house wines 0.2 l white or red are calculated at 4,00 €. for the good rioja crianza were already 6,50 € due (0,2 l. ess: when entering the tinto they are standing in front of the tapasvitrine, which is once impressed by the colorful and delicious cold tapas. they are supplemented by some warm tapas on the map. higher quality (cannabin, callbsleber, oktopus, as I have for example from the cala d ́Or in düsseldorf (criticism is migrated by yelp, they are looking for the map of tinto forgiven. but first a small one is brought with aioli and a basket with medium-precision white brot. the aioli probably homemade and tastefully good. far better than the industrial sauces with garlic granules, which are now often used for cutting and painting. a little more stable could be aioli. we ordered aioli again, which was not calculated; in the afternoon was brought in broth. on order came the Spanish bonsuppe with chorizowurst (5,40 € , white beans with chorizowurst (3,00 € , thunfischcreme (3,00 € and patatas (2,70 €). the bonsuppet with a lot of earth insert and the one and the other sausage disc. as well as the bohnensalat. the thunfish cream nothing special. the patatas, i.e. kartoffel corners with 2,70 € already calculated quite happy. then once for the permanent companion the kalamares rings on leaf saats (10,90 € and bark fillet with champignons and patatas (17,90 €). my two steaks correct medium cooked and with good grillaroma. the champignons and patatas very suitable for it. overall, also from the size of the portion, successful plate. all in all it was tasty and also to eat I take the evaluation and forgive four stars. dark red tones on the walls, a dark wood floor, a small dazzling masonry of the old building and discrete lighting create a harmonious impression. the tables dark, naked and small. in the right area, the tables are already tight and when everyone is occupied, they sit quite close. the tinto has a well protected terrace for eating outdoors. cleanliness: nothing to complain. the bare tables are wiped off before the gas change. the herrentoilette very suitable for the style of the house and despite the andrangs picobello. that is exceptionally worth a rejection."

"The atmosphere at the Lilie was upbeat and well occupied yet it wasn't too noisy as there were many areas of the restaurant to find seating with sections outside, inside on the main floor as well as a separate room beyond the main area and additional seating upstairs. We were seated at a single table between the main dining area and the side area next to the kitchen entrance which suited us perfectly as we were a bit removed from the louder sections yet we were able to enjoy the overall atmosphere. The decor is unique in that it serves as an art gallery for people to display and sell their creations. Our friend who lives in Bremen highly recommended the Flammkuchen which she said is a specialty of the Lilie. The bread is similar to but thinner than an American flatbread with a texture more similar to a cracker or fried tortilla. There isn't anything quite like it. We enjoyed it so much that I intend to track down a recipe for it to replace our traditional homemade pizza crust when I return home. We tried the Tandoori and the Rindersteakstreifen. The Tandoori was a little bit sweet with a yellow curry sauce, chicken, peppers, and cheese. This was VERY GOOD!!! The Rindersteakstreifen was also good with tender beef strips, mushrooms, onion, mozzarella cheese, and it was topped with arugula lettuce. Both of these were prepared perfectly with tender meats, nicely textured veggies, and perfectly melted cheese. Our friend had the tomato soup which was homemade with a wonderful flavor and was served with a home made bread. This was a very nice restaurant to visit after a long day of sightseeing. We were seated quickly and the food didn't take too long to arrive. For the most part, we were accepted well although our waitress seemed a little grumpy that it took us a little longer than normal to decide what to order since we don't speak German. However, that wouldn't stop up from eating here again since everything else was top notch."

"Been here during a weekday without reservation and we managed to get a table fort wo, but it was very crowded. So make sure you have a reservation when you wanna dine. The restaurant is at the corner of two main roads, not very fancy and it feels like in the middle of nowhere. Positive: lots of parking space around! As expected there is a reception counter where you will be welcomed and seated. The service is very pleasant and attentive as well as pretty quick and with an eye for the details. There is fresh onion bread served while you are waiting for you order to be served. We had the tuna tartar and the beef tartar as started which is of quality and very tasty. Hard to decide which one is the better choice, but as this restaurant proclaims to be a steakhouse…go for the beef tarar! As main course we went for the US Filet regular cut ( 300g ) in medium and medium rare. Green asparagus, sweet potato fries and regular fries were the sides. The meat is absolutely cooked as ordered and the quality of the meat is also premium. The espresso at the end was the good finish, preheated cups, crema, not “burned” or “watered”…very good.Overall a good Steakhouse at the upper end of the range in terms of pricing ( 300g filet, 57,50€ , 400g Rib Eye 53,50€ ) with good service and high quality food. The winelist is not very extensive but has some good choices in it.So go there if you are not afraid to pay a high price for really good food and service –perfect business location as well.Don’t go there if you are not up for the details, simply wanna get saturated and want a restaurant that is “central”."
