"My wife and I were out on a Sunday drive through the Italian countryside enjoying a recent break in the weather. The sun was out and the day was nice. We were looking for a place to eat and many of the places along our route were closed. We saw the sign for Al Bosco and drove past it for a while and decided to turn around to see if it was open. What a great decision it was. The place was full of families all enjoying their Sunday afternoon. We were greeted at the door and asked if we had reservations No we didn't. We were shown to a quiet table in one of their many rooms. the waiter promptly cam, took our drink order, and upon return took our meal order. The first plate were three types of bigoli. All were excellent. The duck sauce was our favorite. Next came the second plates. My wife had marinated sliced beef. Absolutely the best and most tender beef we've had in Italy. I had a mixed grilled platter of ribs, chicken, sausage, and pancetta. Again, an excellent meal. This is absolutely going on our list of places to take family and guests when they come to visit. We're going back for the Easter meal. Totally looking forward to the special occasion!"
