"After making a reservation, we were taken care of by a man named Guto. He went out of his way to call us while we were en route from London to Chester to check on our journey and see if we needed anything upon arrival. We found this level of service to be exceptional and above the standard. When we arrived, Guto greeted us, got us drinks, then showed my wife and me to our room. He also offered to get us anything else we might need. He was a great young guy. The room was nice, although the bathroom could use an update. There was a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods, teas, water, and a very comfortable, clean, and spacious bed. The TV had Netflix and other apps available. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful, with the staff being very attentive. Guto checked in with us again to make sure everything was going well. We stayed for two nights, and both nights and breakfasts were exceptional. I highly recommend this place and would rate the service as a 5 out of 5. If the bathroom was updated, I believe the rating would be even higher. Thank you again, Guto, for making our stay feel like a 5-star experience. We will definitely be returning.
