"I came here last weekend for a party, German friends of mine who were celebrating a birthday party and had hired half the restaurant for the evening. or so friends, family, and some musical accompaniment. The food served was buffet style, with beautifully cooked...whole turkey (brined and smoked? The meat was dense and beautifully flavoured) scnitzel, salad, cheese and various other things. All really good. The staff were attentive, friendly, and keen to make the night a success for their guests. They succeeded. A lovely night with a beautiful atmosphere, great food, company, drinks and fun. Outside, a fire pit put out some nice warmth and wood smoke for the people who had spilled outside to enjoy the cold, night air."
