"Had a meal here pre booked the table for a Sunday evening for a party of 6 adults and 2 children, we was waiting at the door when we arrived no one approached us many of members of staff were walking past us and still waiting to be served I asked a waiter where we was sat. After waiting we had to ask someone if we could have menus and same again to order drinks and then order food the service was very slack and slow it wasn’t even busy! We ordered food and it took forever to come once it arrived they had multiple swaps and changes without letting us know, simple things such as peas was out of stock! The worst of all was that my daughter who i ordered a dairy free meal for got brought out a meal with dairy in! It then became that late that it was too late for the children to eat and then whilst eating our meal it was a awful experience and one of the worst service with average food and the bill come to £135 which would have been great if the service and the food was worth it too Overall very disappointed visit to what could be an incredible place. Dietary restrictions: Asked for dairy free and they forgot Kid friendliness: Colours and colour sheets high chairs provided if you get yourself"

"I had a great experience during my Sunday dinner. Instead of going the traditional route, I opted for the Mexican cuisine. The service was excellent, and the food was served piping hot. The staff was polite and attentive. I would definitely return!"

"We eat here regularly as it is near to my Son. The portions are massive and mostly delicious. My Daughter in Law is a vegetarian and really loves the meat free carvery. My husband said he thought the gravy wasn’t as good as last time but it was still good. Also he had the last bit of the beef joint. It turned out to be a bit tough but he found out after the table staff asked if it was ok, as we had only just got our meals when she came. We all enjoyed the sweets. I really like getting the mini brownies with coffee."
