Toby Carvery Dronfield

We enjoyed our dinner at Toby today. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere.

We love Toby Carvery at Dronfield. This was the first time since lockdown. It was so well organised, the food as always was amazing and such lovely staff

Emma is always friendly, personable and welcoming every time I visit. Meats were actually very good today as were the vegetables, gravy nice and thick. Always a pleasure to visit this Toby, lovely atmosphere.

Under the current restrictions it was nice to go out and eat again, not much different to pre pandemic other than they serve the carvery for you and deliver it to your table, service and staff were attentive and helpful overall a good experience won’t hesitate in going back ????

Never been in this Toby Carvery before. Booked before arrival which was an easy process. All Covid restrictions were In place and easy to Follow. Food as expected, very good and great value for money. We were seated and able to access the carvery quickly and the food for the little granddaughter was good too, she had a great time Ver carta

We had an excellent dining experience with fantastic staff. I particularly appreciated the wide selection of great tap beers. On our last visit, I considered whether to give it 4 or 5 stars, but with the new lineup of impressive beers now available, my family and I will definitely be returning for the delicious offerings. The suspended photo really captures the essence of the place.

We received good service during our visit for an early lunch at 11:30, although our meal wasn’t ready until 11:45. The waitress mentioned several times that she was working alone and was quite busy, which contributed to the delay. Since we had a limited 30-minute break, it might be beneficial to have more staff on hand to assist during peak lunch hours and improve service efficiency. However, the food was great—fresh and hot!

visited a busy Friday lunch and was immediately seated without booking. the personal was very pleasant and attentive, I was satisfied and asked if I would wish an extra drink if almost finished. also a good pint of afford! only negatiw was that the meat was quite dry and hard, which was strange when the restaurant was very busy, so that eating would not have been under the lamps for long drying out? overall good lunch (trimme for the meat) and would definitely visit again.
