"The meat is really, really delicious. I went two days in a row. On the first day, I ate 0.98 kg of meat, Tuscan appetizer, and garlic spinach, and on the second day, I ate 1.39 kg of meat, potato dish, and the white stuff in the earthenware pot you see in the picture. I didn't know what the white thing was, so I just showed the picture and ordered it, but it was melted cheese? It's very sweet, savory, and delicious. The spinach is very moist and soaked in oil, but it's not greasy and the seasoning is just right. The potatoes look like they were boiled with a lot of salt and sugar. They are delicious. The potatoes are also delicious. I ordered 1kg of meat both days. On the first day, there was a little less tenderloin, and on the second day, there was a lot of tenderloin, perhaps because the meat was large. If you don't like the part, just ask for it to be changed. The tenderloin was definitely more tender, but the sirloin was definitely not tough! For reference, make sure to load rare. If you cook it any longer, it gets tough. The meat was really delicious and I want to eat it again.. I drank Chianti wine two days in a row. Try a bottle of Chianti Classico Reserva for 45 euros. It’s okay. If you make a reservation at The Fork, you will get a 20% discount except for some menu items, so make a reservation. Reservations are essential, especially around 9 o'clock as it is dinner time here!"

"We enjoyed this restaurant so much, we dined here three times. We made reservations for lunch at this restaurant for two reasons: the Trip Advisor rating and The Fork special discount. Each time we were warmly welcomed, and we always chose a table in the...back dining room. It was a quiet and peaceful spot to enjoy our lunches. Here are the dishes we enjoyed: Pappardelle con sugo di cinghiale di cacciagione (Pappardelle with wild boar), which was loaded with meat; Filetto di Manzo al pepe verde (Beef tenderloin filet with green pepper sauce; Ribollita (traditional Tuscan thick vegetable soup); Costata di Bistecca alla brace con patate arrosto (Grilled beef rib steak with roasted potatoes – a huge portion suitable for two people); Insalata mista (mixed side salad); Crostini Toscani (Tuscan crostini with chicken liver pate);Tagliata di Bistecca con rucola e scaglie di grana (sliced tagliata steak with arugula and parmesan cheese); Pappa al pomodoro (Tuscan style thick tomato soup); Pici con salsiccia Toscana e crema di tartufo (Pici pasta with sausage and truffle cream); Bruschetta alla Caprese con pomodoro e mozzarella (Bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella); and Strozzapreti Dante e Beatrice con pesto, funghi porcini asparagi e julienne di ricotta salta (strangle noodles with asparagus, pesto, porcini mushrooms and ricotta cheese). The pasta dishes were loaded with flavor, and the soups were thick, hearty and delicious. The meat courses were seasoned and cooked perfectly to the temperature we requested. The ambience, service and food in this restaurant was exceptional. What we dearly like here in Italy is that they do not rush you thru your meal. They give you time to really savor and enjoy. To make our lunches even sweeter, they gave us Limoncello. Thank you for 3 wonderful meals – I wish we lived in Florence full time!"
