Having visited many cities in Japan is not only the classic tourist destinations, I can safely say that the heart faithfully reflects the northern cuisine of Japan where the food is more substantial and rich in fats well treated by the cook. many raw materials come directly from the Japan and excellent original Japanese beer. the service is faithful to the famous extreme oriental hospitality and we enjoyed the cordiality and helpfulness offered. In short, a beautiful environment that has brought me back to a country one and full of magic. only neo tempura. just add it in the menu and this restaurant can make a big leap of quality. I recommend to the chef to use more varieties of fish also Italian for the processing of raw, although I understand the difficulty of finding raw materials of excellent quality as you can do in the country of origin. In Japan I raw fish is like coffee for us... is located everywhere . I wish the best to this small activity that with “The Heart” lives catering!"

We were in this restaurant and we were excited about it. We went back with friends and were disappointed. the kitchen remains good but less original and with less choice.
