Actually, I'm not so crisp, but the dough was really half raw. Tastefully the experience was very saddened. The ravioli were tastefully good. But neither a tearer... but what has most disturbed me is the price. We paid almost 40€ for two people. For this, I then expect significantly better quality in reverse....
