"We often go to Charlie's in Ross and are always greeted warmly. The manager, Aaron, is very friendly. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms. The food and drinks are of excellent quality and variety. Sometimes they light a fire, which creates a cozy atmosphere and makes it a great place to meet friends, especially on a cold evening. There is a jukebox where you can play your favorite music. We have enjoyed participating in the Sunday quiz and have always had delicious meals without any complaints. We would recommend this pub to everyone, including our furry friends."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant for Sunday lunch. The attentive waiting staff took care of us with great personal attention. I highly recommend the vegetarian options, although they are a bit limited on the Sunday lunch menu. The nut roast main dish can be made vegetarian or vegan and is absolutely delicious. There are also a variety of starters and desserts available, although I did not try them on this occasion. As for parking, I was able to find a disability space right next to the main door, which was perfect."

"When we arrived on Weobley on the Friday night we went here for a takeaway. I have a dairy and wheat allergy and they went through what I could choose and changed one dish to suit. As we had our dog with us we had to go for a walk while we waited and it was about 30 Minutes which is fine. The meal was one of the best Indian meals we have had, there is plenty of choice on the menu, many original dishes I have not seen before. We returned there on the Wednesday and we went through my choices carefully. Again it was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately there must of been some dairy in it and I was rather ill all night and next day. Please don’t let this put you off as the staff are lovely but if you do have any allergies make this very clear when ordering."

"Wow. We were booked in for a christmas get together with our friends this evening. we opted for the Christmas party menu and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing i had the christmas dinner which was great value for money as well as being so tasty! the staff were quick and efficient aswell as being friendly, the young brunette girl behind the bar was very friendly and helpful (sorry i didn’t catch her name) nothing was too much trouble! i’d highly recommend to anyone after a lovely meal with friends or family. Will definitely be back soon."

"This pub is quite a find. It is situated at the foot of the Malverns and has lovely views over Herefordshire countryside, which can be enjoyed from the garden and outside tables. There's an extensive menu with lots of daily specials, that takes it well beyond pub classics to some interesting tastes. Everything is well cooked and well presented, and portions are not small so it's ideal after a day tramping the hills. The beer is good, there are some interesting and good value wines, and the landlord is very welcoming just a shame it's not our local!"

"My mother and I visited Café Zam Zam last night for a special treat. It is our favorite Indian restaurant ever! The food keeps getting better and better. The staff are all incredibly welcoming and the food is delicious and fresh. You can adjust the spice levels to your taste. The prices are excellent and they now have a liquor license with a great selection of wines, draft lagers, and spirits at competitive prices. I have tried various Indian restaurants in Oxfordshire where I live, but none come close to Zam Zam. I highly recommend supporting them, as they truly deserve your business."

"I've just had your falafel burger in hay on wye and I was so pleased. I had salad and falafel in a tray with chips instead of a bun it was so delicious I devoured every last bit and nearly all my families chips which were salted to perfection . Loved the salad, really crisp and well dressed and falafel well textured. My husbands burger was gone swiftly and he didn't complain once (miracle) and the children ate all of theirs (miracle again) Friendly helpful staff who despite the heat and busyness of the festival were a pleasure to be around even with my three children. "Don't order delivery from this place! Placed an order around 6.30.Told we would revives food 7.30, seemed fine for a Saturday. Called when it was 10 mins late and they said they were busy and wouldn't be long. Called half an our later to ask how long our meal would be and still another half an hour, and when we said that was too late we'd have to cancel they didn't even apoligise. So if you eat there you're probably OK but if you're a regular customer who wants a delivery you'll be very low on their list of priorities. I guess Leominster is a small place, with not many choices so they can treat customers as badly a they like and still be busy"

"First and last meal we had at the Hostelrie. The food was subpar and absolutely not worth the price, meat was extremely fatty and the rest of the food was bland. The worst thing about the Hostelrie is the staff. I’ve never come across such rude and passive aggressive people. The manager, who I assume to be Katherine- the very passive aggressive woman responding to these honest reviews requires some lessons in decorum and basic manners. She is a very unpleasant and unprofessional woman. They served a tiny vegetable ‘platter’ for 4 people, therefore we politely requested another, the waitress responded ‘yes’ and walked away. We received the platter once we had finished the edible parts of our food so we no longer needed it. The waitresses and manager outright lied and claimed we were told there would be a wait on the vegetables and rudely stated we had to pay for it. Believe these reviews and give your money to restaurants that deserve it. There was also only one other table occupied at 3pm on a Sunday before Christmas- says it all really…"

"We made a reservation for a Friday night, but were surprised that the restaurant was not too busy. The pub had a nice atmosphere both inside and out, with a pleasant view of fields leading to the church. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the service was slow. After ordering our drinks, we waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our food order. The food was of good quality, but there were some presentation issues - the fried fish was cooked well but with some skin left on. It was supposed to come with garden peas, but instead came with a side salad. The waitress offered to change it, but this would have caused a longer wait and disrupted our dining times. Another disappointment was the price - it was £14.95, which was higher than the price listed on the website of £11.95. The dessert selection was good, and the profiteroles were enjoyable. We were also bothered by patrons vaping in the bar, which made the experience less pleasant. Overall, the restaurant was a mixed bag - good in some aspects but lacking in others."

"This occasion was to celebrate two birthdays for High Tea. Sadly the occasion was not acknowledged by staff although we wrote to tell them twice. The food was quite delicious when it came then when we were finished the staff asked us if we would like our scones with cream and jam? Better late than never but not well orchestrated. Despite the lack of attentive staff we did enjoy ourselves very much and appreciated the food prepared. The two cake stands had slightly different top layers which was a bit confusing and caused negotiations which we shouldn’t have had to do. 5*s would’ve been awarded without those small annoyances. Apart from that we recommend going there for afternoon tea of any description"

"Wow! Visited here today 06.05.23 with family. I have to eat gluten free and couldn’t believe the options available I wish I had taken pictures, but the food was that good that I didn’t stop to take. We were a party of 6 and sat comfortably in the bar area. We were served by Maureen who was very welcoming and friendly. The food was so fresh, plentiful and a great price. Mark the chef certainly knows his stuff and it was a pleasure meeting him. I have to say it’s the first food establishment that I have visited where the pasta and batter is gluten free as standard. fish, onion rings etc) I was even able to eat the garlic bread. The biggest surprise was that my favourite dessert was also on the menu and that too was gluten free Rhubarb crumble and custard! Needless to say I had a three course meal and I’m writing this review after needing a nap I’m not local to the area unfortunately and wish I could have returned to sample the Sunday lunch. Once again, gluten free Yorkshire puddings are available as is gluten free gravy, along with a choice of three different meats and a good selection of vegetables. Well done Maureen and Mark. I will definitely be back to sample your Sunday lunch next time I am in the area. If you could stock a selection of gluten free beers that would be fantastic but the wine did not disappoint. "Five of us came for dinner and we loved everything about this pub. Chris was very friendly and welcoming (despite our getting delayed on the motorway) and we were able to bring our dogs. Chris was also very reassuring about the food being suitable for coeliacs. And there was a great choice! My heritage tomatoes in garlicky balsamic vinegar were delicious. The chorizo Scotch egg also went down a storm. It was such a treat to be able to have gluten free fish and chips: light, crispy batter on the fish (made with gluten free beer) and chips, all fried in gluten free oil. We also has gluten free onion rings! The lamb rump and the chicken breast were also really good. The puddings were amazing! My chocolate délice was rich and creamy and came with salted ice cream and honeycomb. We also had the lemon posset and the sticky toffee pudding, both excellent. Service was calm, friendly and efficient despite this being a very busy Friday evening. All in all, this was a very impressive meal and I wish we lived nearer! "The two of us stopped by for a bit of breakfast, had intended to order some pancakes but got into a conversation at the counter and found out that they're all brought from the supermarket, no cooking involved. And I'm not paying the best part of £10 for shop brought pancakes with a bit of fruit thrown on, what am I paying you for there? So we decided to go traditional. Usual English breakfast but with far too much grease, oil dripping off of everything. Mine was especially swimming as the butter portion for my toast had already melted all over the plate, but it was edible and I've had worse. Just a shame as apparently this used to be the place to go for breakfast in this town."

"Went last night for a meal for 2. The other Indian a few doors up is cash only and no alcohol licence, so we went here instead! Glad we did, as probably the best Indian I've ever had (and I'm quite fussy! And also great value for money too as the whole meal came to about £33 (2x Currys, 2x rice, naan bread, 1 beer and a coke service was also prompt and polite too couldn't fault them. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Most Currys have a vegetable option"
