"We booked a family group in several weeks before our visit. All confirmed by e mail. When we arrived we were told that the table was booked for the next day. There was no appropriate apology or problem solving. I was told they hadn’t a phone number to confirm. It had been confirmed by e mail and my phone number was on the e mail. After e mailing to complain, no reply received so far. If u are booking this restaurant, ring and confirm the day before or go somewhere with good admin!"
