"I regret to say that we can only give this establishment 2 stars, and that is being generous. We visited for the Sunday buffet and I will attempt to provide some constructive feedback. The food was decent, not exceptional but decent. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our experience. The table service was practically non-existent, and the buffet was disorganized. The restaurant was extremely loud and the atmosphere unpleasant. The window sills were covered in dead flies, raising concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes just to be offered a drink. We had to clear our own plates and move them to an empty table to make room for our main course, and again for dessert. Our bill came to over £70 for 4 adults and 1 child, with no alcoholic beverages and only one soft drink each. If the service had been better, the atmosphere more pleasant, cleanliness improved, and the buffet organized, it might have been considered good value. Unfortunately, as it stands, it felt like a waste of money."
