"This used to be my favourite restaurant, however, after going this afternoon for mothers day, was really disappointed The food on a whole was OK, not as nice as normal but, OK. We ordered a bottle of wine, couldn't pronounce it so pointed to it on the menu. Food, OK, not the normal standard but not bad. The wine they brought was actually the worse I think I'd tasted, I just thought it was because it wasn't what i was used to, I tried to give it others on our table but no one liked it. So, when the bill came, they had charged us nearly £30, instead of the £17/18 bottle of wine we ordered. On the way out I spoke to the manager who's only response was, if you didn't like the wine you should of sent if back, I explained we didn't because we thought it was a £17/18 bottle of wine and we wasn't used to the taste. Basically tough, hevsaid the waiters had no interest in bringing the more expensive wine. No sorry or anything, and, do you know what mister manager, I will never step foot on your premises ever again! And, normally I tell all my friends and family to go, but not anymore. Treat your customers better. Such a shame because I liked the food but there's better restaurants out there. Please, if this has happened to anyone else, I would live to know"
