The dishes are harmonious, crunchy, salty... The taste is very well mixed in the mouth, be it amuse-gulls, entry, dish or dessert. The cooking of the pintade is succulent: the meat literally melts in the mouth. And the cooked pickles (surprises) bring this little crust that goes well. Only one advice: consider making a reservation in advance (at least one week if not two) because places are limited."
