"I was disappointed by the quiche that I found fade (I had to dirty) and the paste below was soft, so no chew and a soft set. I reported it and I was told that it was a broken paste, as if it were the reason. I've already eaten a lot of quiches with broken paste (homemade or not) and I've never had that worry. the sweet pie was a bit dry and lacked greediness and generosity: amandine very fine and a little too cooked. I was all the more disappointed that for 9,50 € the quiche, I expected better, it's expensive, especially for a ricotta quiche and eggplant. It is served with 3 chicken apples, not really suitable with a quiche, I think, crudities would be more suitable (carrots, white cabbage, celery, broccoli)."
