"we met with family members, we didn't want to stop in the Christmas garrison of arosa. the ramoz was exactly the right address! we felt welcome to provide (but not too much) the hostes read us every wish from the eyes and had open for our special wishes. as an appetizer a cheese on salad, the sauce with good balsamico. as I should not eat pork, I received a super-leckeres kalbs cordon bleu with bundnerfleich and delicious cheese. the seasonal vegetables were plentiful, crisp, very tasty with a little butter. all freshly prepared and also the others at the table were absolutely enthusiastic. the daymenu with soupe and salat, who go dessert with a spicy whirlpool, from appetizer to dessert and bring a lot of hunger."
