I apologize for addressing the owner's response here, but the service and atmosphere were genuinely that poor, leading me to lower my score further. I can't comment on the food because the service was such a mess. When I went in for a takeaway, I waited for a minute with no one serving me. Two tables were filled with customers who also seemed to be waiting indefinitely, possibly even for poppadoms. The girl who finally acknowledged us was polite, but the menu was simply a plain piece of A4 paper, even printed back to front. When I inquired about cooking times based on other reviews, she said it would take 35 minutes and that it was best to call in advance, adding that they only accepted cash. We ended up not dining there. For a Saturday night, it was concerning to see no phone orders being placed and no food being sent out. The atmosphere inside was less than inviting."
